- We analyse the marketing campaign specifics to determine the regulatory requirement – for example insurance appointment setting campaigns are clearly regulated whereas certain types of profiling work is not.
- When required, KMB’s agents undergo FSA compliance familiarization and training by our clients’ compliance team to ensure they are well skilled to become an appointed representative of the client.
- Our quality control processes – including call recording and agent quality scoring - are refined to include an FSA compliance component.
