All 65 of KMB’s onsite staff develop effective relationships with clients as well as with each other, as at KMB, teamwork is a key aspect of our working attitude.

With an average length of service of 5 years, most of our staff are part of the furniture and KMB gladly polishes them to perfection!

With ongoing coaching with our in-house trainer, our people continually develop new skills and techniques. This ensures they remain fresh and confident when working on our clients’ campaigns.

Everyone at KMB is encouraged to over-achieve client’s expectations with the help of internal competitions, often at a team level. This brings KMB closer together as a whole team, with everyone helping each other to achieve their goals.
